Rewards & SMS Terms

Effective July 21, 2026

These terms govern participation in the LANTIQUE Rewards program and receipt of text messages from LANTIQUE Hookah Lounge. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid U.S. mobile number to participate. Membership is personal, nontransferable, and limited to one account per person unless LANTIQUE authorizes otherwise.

SMS program

When you check the SMS consent box and submit the enrollment form, you provide express consent to receive recurring automated promotional and loyalty text messages from LANTIQUE at the number supplied. Messages may include enrollment confirmation, rewards information, visit incentives, promotional offers, and event announcements. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel. After a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message and no further marketing messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact (747) 677-1510.

Rewards

Eligible purchases earn points according to the program rules displayed at enrollment or in the lounge. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and other disclosed restrictions. LANTIQUE may correct errors, reverse points obtained through misuse, and modify or end the program as permitted by law.

Welcome reward

The complimentary refill welcome reward is limited to eligible members, may be redeemed once on the member's next qualifying visit, and is subject to age verification, availability, house rules, and applicable law. Additional restrictions may apply and will be disclosed at redemption.

Acceptable use

You agree not to provide another person's mobile number without permission, create duplicate or fraudulent accounts, manipulate rewards activity, interfere with the website, or use the program unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these terms or the program from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
