SMS Marketing Terms

Effective July 21, 2026

These terms govern the optional marketing text-message program from LANTIQUE Hookah Lounge. Rewards membership is governed separately by the Rewards Program Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid U.S. mobile number to participate in the optional SMS marketing program.

SMS program

When you separately check the optional SMS marketing consent box and submit the enrollment form, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from LANTIQUE at the number supplied. Messages may include promotional offers, visit incentives, and lounge event announcements. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Marketing consent is not required to join LANTIQUE Rewards or make a purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel. After a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message and no further marketing messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact (747) 677-1510.

Separate consent

SMS marketing consent is collected through its own unchecked, optional checkbox. It is separate from acceptance of the Rewards Program Terms, and you may join the rewards program without selecting the SMS marketing checkbox.

Changes

We may update these terms or the program from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
